Delivery Areas
We deliver products to every corner of Bangladesh. Inside Dhaka and Chattogram metro areas shipping is free, with fast same/next-area dispatch from our pick-up points.
- Dhaka & Chattogram metro — free delivery, usually within 24–48 hours.
- Outside metro — covered through trusted courier partners across all 64 districts, usually within 3–5 working days.
- Remote / hard-to-reach areas — may take up to a week depending on the courier route.
How Delivery Works
- Place your order online and complete payment (Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, Card, or Bank).
- Our team calls you to confirm the order and delivery address.
- Your product is packed and dispatched from the nearest New It Power store.
- You receive it at your doorstep — please open and verify the product in front of the delivery person.
